We have a small farm and have ducks, chickens, goats, fish etc. This was the first extended trip we have taken with someone other than family taking care of all of the animals. We were a bit nervous to say the least! The minute I called and spoke to Lucie

the owner of Charlotte Metro Pet Group I felt like my animals were in the best possible hands! Lucie is very responsive to emails and the online scheduling is super user friendly. We had them come to the house in the am and pm (Christa, was our sitter...

she was AMAZING) and they sent an email after each visit recapping the pet visit along with several pictures of the animals and their well-being. I can't tell you how reassuring this was for us since we were so far away! Our animals were so well taken care of while we were gone I don't think they missed us much at all!!!! We will DEFINITELY use them for our next trip out of town, no question about it :)

They took excellent care of our dogs while we were on vacation. The communication was very well done - they established what we required, they had 2 very professional and caring sitters meet with us in advance, the website was amazing and easy to use to set up dates and payments. Cindy and Alison did everything we asked them to do and more, the dogs loved them and were cared for in a very loving fashion. The updates and pictures they sent at every visit were very comforting.

This is the best pet sitting group I have ever used. Our dog Buddy does not like to be alone for longer periods of time. So Lucie was able to accommodate our wishes and a pet sitter comes in at 7am and stays until 5pm which leaves Buddy along for one hour at each end.  The sitters love on our Buddy and three cats and send reports with pictures. I highly recommend this pet sitting group.
