Primary Pet Sitters in Matthews, Stallings & Indian Trail

Maureen
Our magnificent pet sitter Maureen has always had a special place in her heart for animals and she can’t imagine life without them. From an early age, Maureen found joy in caring for pets, whether they were her own or animals in need. She has always been the person who pulls over to help a stray, driven by a genuine love and respect for all creatures.

Maureen’s passion for all creatures, guided her through her personal journey and career. She owned a dog grooming business in New York for several years before moving to North Carolina, where she continued to work with animals through pet sitting. What started as a simple love for animals as a solo pet sitter, grew into another successful business in pet sitting and dog walking.

Eventually, Maureen decided to retire and sell her business, but she still enjoys pet sitting in her spare time. She knows how important it is to have peace of mind when you’re away from your pets. Whether you're working all day or off on vacation, Maureen is here to provide loving care and regular updates so you can relax knowing your pets are in great hands. She looks forward to meeting you and your furry family members!

Teresa
Teresa has always been a lover of animals, as she was fortunate to grow up on her Tennessee family farm. Along with the farm animals, pigs, cows and chickens, she also
had an array of family pets. This included Collies, German Shepherds, a Persian cat and even a pet squirrel named Pee Wee.
Teresa’s four grown children have their own pets, and she borrows one of her grand puppies on occasion when allowed.
Teresa recently retired from the medical field and loves filling her days with taking care of and playing with her client’s pets, in addition to reading, quilting and traveling. She looks forward to the opportunity of caring for your pet babies

Stephanie
Stephanie was born in Western New York and raised on a dairy farm surrounded by cows, horses, chickens, dogs, cats and bunnies.. to name a few! She went to college at the University of Arkansas earning a Bachelor of Science in Animal Science. Her career path led her to positions in Quality Assurance and Research & Development for major food manufacturers and restaurant chains.
After meeting her husband, Steve, his beautiful Rottweiler joined Stephanie's family and was an important part of many amazing memories before he passed from cancer. Since then, there have been several cats and 2 dogs that have been part of the family, and each one has been cherished and spoiled.
Stephanie says she cannot remember a time when she has not had a sweet dog or cat and plans to never be pet-less. She enjoys caring for her friends' pets on occasion and looks forward to getting to know, care for and love your pet(s), too!

Dora
Dora is a native of Puerto Rico who spent 20 years working in the children's department of her local library. She and her son recently moved back to NC from the Midwest to be closer to her 2 daughters and grandbabies.
Her love of animals began at 7, soon after her family moved to the States and adopted a German Shepard named Ivan. She's now enjoying retirement by painting, cuddling up with her cat, BK, enjoying a good book, or out on a walk with her Chinese Crested, Sophie.
